Stephanie Point - Chief Executive Officer/Founder
Stephanie Point Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Point 2 Point Global Security, Inc., founded the company in 2004 with the vision to deliver world-class, integrity-driven security to organizations committed to protecting their people, assets and reputations.
Building on her experience as a retired homicide detective serving the L.A. area for ten years, Stephanie assembled an expert team of veterans from the U.S. military, the police and the security industry to lead what is now one of the most highly-trained and fastest-growing security companies in the nation.
Fueling the company’s growth is Stephanie’s passion for engaging her employees in a strong culture of partnership. Point 2 Point prepares its security professionals across the country to succeed on the job today and in a long-term career that will benefit them, their families and their communities. This is upheld in Point 2 Point’s 10-Point Quality Promise of ethical service to clients and employees.
Stephanie and Point 2 Point have received numerous prestigious awards. Point 2 Point was named the “50 Fastest Growing Woman Owned Companies in North America” by the Women Presidents Organization and American Express Open in 2010, 2012, and 2015 and named one of Ernst & Young LLP’s (EY) 2011 Winning Women Entrepreneurs of the Year. In 2015 the Woman’s Business Council – Southwest (WBCS) named Stephanie the “Women’s Business Enterprise of the Year.” She and the Point 2 Point team are actively involved in WBCS, the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), and Ernst & Young Winning Women. Stephanie has a long-term commitment to the Dallas Can and Texas Can Academies.
Pat McNulty - President
Pat McNulty served as President and COO of Barton Protective Services prior to their acquisition by Allied Security in 2004. He currently serves as Sr. Vice President with G4S where he leads a $160 Million dollar business unit. He has lead and directed business units from $50 Million to $1.3 Billion and up to 14,000 employees in both public and private companies. Pat has demonstrated expertise in operations, financial management, sales, and strategic key account management. He also has a track record in the critical areas of sales/operations turnarounds, growing businesses and leaders, and creating market differentiation in national, labor-intensive services industries. In his roles, he has always been a key executive management contributor to overall company strategy with emphasis and recognition for innovative revenue generation and retention strategy.
Additional Notable Career Accomplishments Include:
- Implemented national standards and best practices for HR, sales, operations, and finance that maximized EBIT growth (doubled in three years).
- Created and executed cost controls within company divisions.
- Instilled a culture where recognition and reward led to greater bottom line results and improved retention/teaming (turnover reduced by 21%).
- Restructured largest single market to optimize service delivery and brand expansion, resulting in consecutive record revenue/profit years.
- Improved employee retention rates by 30+% by implementing management development programs, upgrading the HR function, and establishing training criteria.
As mentioned, Pat is a recognized leader in the industry nationwide, having previously served as Vice Chair, National Association of Security Companies-NASCO. In addition, Pat is active in industry related associations including key positions.
Shelly Anderson, CPP - Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President of Point 2 Point, Shelly Anderson drives excellence and accountability across the company to support client partnerships and sustainable growth. With dual expertise in corporate security and organizational proficiency, she steers the strategic direction of the company, manages high-performing operations, and guides the customized client solutions for which Point 2 Point is known.
Her 20 years in corporate security trained her ear for client priorities, and her eye for balancing the expenditure of resources while managing risk. Believing that Point 2 Point is an extension of the client’s community, Shelly passionately collaborates on strategies to protect their people, property and assets, and drives ongoing customer feedback to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
In support of this, she is responsible for optimizing Point 2 Point’s day-to-day operations across the enterprise.
Prior to joining Point 2 Point in 2013, Shelly led a distinguished career at Energy Future Holdings, where her most recent role was Manager of Corporate Security leading all corporate security strategies. Among her responsibilities were policies and procedures, investigations, executive protection, crisis management, and physical security. She began her career as a District Parole Officer for the State of Texas.
As a testament to her security knowledge, Shelly is a member of ASIS and Board-certified in security management as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP)®
Shelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland-College Park. As a respected expert in the security industry, Shelly has served on numerous committees associated with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies.
Russell DeRose, CPA, MBA - Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
As Vice President, Finance & Accounting for Point 2 Point, Russell ensures that the company is following best-in-class practices in finance and accounting functions to accommodate the company’s strong growth and customized national security programs. Russell is designing and implementing sophisticated internal and external reporting processes to enable the company to serve a variety of customers and projects, to include Fortune 500 corporations and government agencies. These include systems for financial analysis, performance measures, forecasting, budgeting and product line profitability.
He also develops financial and tax strategies, manages cash and investments and prepares the company’s financial statements.
Prior to joining Point 2 Point, he served as CFO at two companies, most recently where he was responsible for the accounting and tax functions of three construction companies and two management companies. He also served as Controller for a U.S. subsidiary of one of the world’s largest system providers for food and energy processes.
He volunteers for numerous agencies including March for Babies – March for Dimes Mid-Atlantic Region; the National Multiple Sclerosis Society – Greater DC-Maryland Chapter, and the Arthritis Foundation.
He graduated from Towson University and holds and MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of Baltimore. He has a CPA license in the State of Maryland.
Jennifer Fonseca - Senior Vice President of Human Resources
As Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, Jennifer M. Fonseca focuses on building the necessary systems and processes to not only to retain key Talent, but prepare for this next phase in Point 2 Point’s growth. Jennifer’s background working internationally, prepares the organization to expand the current service offering far beyond its US borders.
Since joining the Company in 2017, Jennifer and her Team have focused on providing clients with the best talent in the security industry. Point 2 Point can provide this top talent far more quickly than competitors with their talent pipeline, professional network and market reputation.
Jennifer has spent over 17 years in various industries, international markets and HR functions. Her experience includes Fortune 1000 companies like Chiquita Brands International, Western & Southern Financial Group and Service King Collision. Her ability to design, build and motivate teams drives engagement and long-term financial growth.
Ms. Fonseca holds a Bachelor’s from Xavier University and a Master’s in Strategic Human Resources from the University of Cincinnati. She resides, with her family, in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Derin Dutchover - Senior Vice President of Operations
As Senior Vice President of Operational Support, Derin leads the company’s organization, ensuring that the company provides consistently reliable security services to its customers and achieves continuous improvement in its internal processes. Towards those goals, Derin develops and guides companywide policies and procedures to follow best practices regulatory adherence and the customer delivery model. To enhance quality and efficiency, he has implemented an integrated technology platform enabling seamless and streamlined security scheduling and time-keeping, payroll, billing, accounts receivable and payable. Prior to his current role, he served as Vice President of Sales at the company, creating improved proposal templates, pricing models and software solutions.
Derin’s career spans over 25 years of security experience and has included the development of security programs for multiple Fortune 1000 Companies in a variety of industries. Prior to joining Point 2 Point, Derin served in leadership positions in one of the world’s largest Security Providers as well as a large regional full serve Security provider where he held various management responsibilities to include for P&L, strategic leadership, sales, business planning and acquisition.
While in the Marines he served with Security Force Battalion Fleet Marine
Force Atlantic as a team leader. Derin has completed numerous training courses in security and related fields including Physical Security, Security Management, Risk Assessment, Investigations and Executive Protection. He attended Chabot College.
During his career, Derin has been involved in several organizations and is a current or past memberships of the following; ASIS International, Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), International Facility Managers Association (IFMA), Community Association Institute (CAI), Marine Corps Association and Foundation, and is a Benefactor Member of the National Rifle Association (NRA).
Eric Love - Vice President of Special Operations/Training
Eric Love serves as Point 2 Point’s Vice President of Training and Operations. For a company whose core service of security depends on its people, Eric prepares them for excellence and integrity on the job with his highly credentialed expertise and passion for motivational teaching.
With 25 years of law enforcement experience, Eric understands the variety of skills required for Point 2 Point’s more than 8,000 Special Operations Officers who are on the front lines of protecting an organization’s assets, facilities, customers, executives and, ultimately, brand reputation.
A Licensed Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) police instructor, Eric has developed training classes for unarmed and armed Security Officers (Levels II and III) and Personal Protection Level Officer (Level IV) at the company’s Arlington, Texas training facility.
Eric combines a personalized approach to cultivating those skills, from acute observational abilities and responsiveness, to special etiquette required in protecting high-profile executives. He excels at engaging his students and challenging them by using real life experiences and non-conventional instruction. With goals to instill confidence in each individual, and enhance their career potential, he is an outstanding mentor and exemplar of the Point 2 Point values.
Eric holds numerous licenses and certifications including Active Shooter Instructor Certification (ALICE); Instructor Self Defense-Weapon Retention; Instructor CPI-Non Violent Crisis-Critical Situation; Instructor American Red Cross-CPR-AED-First Aid; Licensed Private Investigator; Licensed Level IV-PPO officer; Licensed Level 3 (Armed Guard) and Licensed Security Salesperson. His education includes: ASIS International Personal Protection Graduate, Council of Governments Graduate-Police Instructor, Weatherford College Graduate-Police Instructor, and Texas A&M Extension Graduate-Arlington Texas-Police Academy 1989.
During his law enforcement and security career, Eric received 19 separate commendations, a Life Saving Bar in 2001, and he was the recipient of the prestigious Secret Service award in 2012.
Cindy Blevins - Vice President
As Vice President of Operations, Cindy Blevins is part of a strategic leadership team that oversees all aspects of Point 2 Point’s valued partnerships with national clients served by the more than 8,000 active and off-duty police officers making up Special Operations. From client relationship development to service delivery, Cindy ensures that Point 2 Point’s highly professional force that can be mobilized to meet its clients’ protection requests when and where they need it – from an ongoing program to Black Friday weekend.
Having joined Point 2 Point in 2006, Cindy is a key driver of its strategic growth, designing customized security programs over a national footprint. In serving Point 2 Point clients, she leverages the company’s internal support infrastructure – including the Special Operations database and Command Center receiving and fulfilling client requests on a 24/7 basis– to deliver Point 2 Point’s services impeccably.
Cindy serves as one of Point 2 Point’s qualified agents and is responsible for the compliance of all company licenses.
The foundation to her career was established in 13 years in the food and beverage industry with clients such as Pepsi Bottling Group.
Cindy attended Towson State University, with a STEM focus. She is an active member of the Women of the Moose, an international charitable organization serving children, teens and elder adults.
Ken Lieberman - Vice President of Operations
As Vice President of Operations, Ken oversees security operations across the company’s footprint to support the development and delivery of Point 2 Point’s customized security programs. Starting with supporting the initial sales call and throughout the life of a contract, Ken ensures that Point 2 Point can provide the resources and support to fulfill the client’s expectations. In coordination with key functions, such as HR and training, legal, compliance, finance and purchasing, Ken creates a detailed operations plan that is transparent to the client, tracks results and works with managers to enable continuous improvement.
In addition to the operational delivery of client services, he is responsible for the company’s Security Operations force and staff members in multiple states. In these ways, he contributes to the company’s growth and retention while maintaining financial integrity and national service standards.
Ken brings to this role over 35 years of security management, operations and business development, with experience in numerous vertical markets.
Ken has held leadership positions at some of the largest security and investigation companies in the country. During his distinguished career he established security partnerships with City, State and County agencies and departments and commercial business properties in multiple states. He has been a member of Chambers of Commerce organizations to include Los Angeles and Phoenix, Building Owners and Managers Association, the Better Business Bureau, International Facility Management Association, International Association for Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) and American Security of Industrial Security (ASIS).
Dwight Point - Vice President of Business Development
As Vice President of Business Development, Dwight Point leads the sales and business development strategy at Point 2 Point to support the company’s remarkable growth trajectory and its reputation for superior customer service.
Dwight joined Point 2 Point in 2015, bringing to the company his 25-year track record of building successful sales teams and outcomes for emerging growth and established organizations in a variety of industries. For Point 2 Point which delivers premier security professionals and customized solutions, Dwight’s expertise in strategy, team development and operational discipline is crucial not only to developing business but also to ensuring the quality of its people and its processes.
Towards these goals, he has expanded the sales team, honed its objectives, and enhanced the company’s processes and measurements. He draws upon his deep experience over the course of his career during which he has led the recruiting, training, and development of successful sales teams; launched new products and services, and designed process improvements that increased efficiency and profitability.
Dwight graduated from the University of Texas, Austin, where he was a Varsity Football Letterman and then became an Assistant Football Coach under then Head Coach Fred Akers. An avid sports fan and family man, he continues to be actively involved in supporting his sons’ competitive sporting events. In 2009, he was nominated to PONY Baseball National Coach of the Year.
